Resident Engineer and CQA Monitor
David Scott is our Resident Engineer. With over 40 years' experience as a Resident Engineer, he has worked on a wide range of construction projects. These projects include the £3.6 Million Bangor Sportsplex Track and Pavilion and the £20 Million Carmoney Waste Treatment Works. Since the past 6 years, David has been a CQA Supervisor and our Resident Engineer working on the development of many fully contained landfill sites. The sites are used by both the public and other private clients. The projects David has worked on include the Phase II development of Tullyvar Landfill Site, Ballymacombs Landfill Site, Knockharley Landfill Site for Greenstar to name a few.
David has also been the lead CQA Engineer, working on the closure of various landfill sites that have utilised Landfill Directive standards. These sites include Craigahulliar Phase 1, Drumlough and Ballymacombs Phase 1. David has been the Resident Engineer on a number of civic amenity sites which were developed for Newry and the Banbridge District Council, Mourne District Council and has worked on four separate sites for the Belfast City Council.
Civil Engineer and CQA Monitor
Greg Campbell is working with us as a Civil Engineer and our CQA Monitor. He has over 6 years of experience. He has worked in the fields of Marine and Coastal Engineering, Contaminated Land, Waste Management and the Construction of Waste Management Facilities. His work experience includes both the Design and Site Supervision for many Civil Engineering projects including Scarva Road Civic Amenity Centre Banbridge, Strabane Canal, Lagan Weir Boom Barriers, Grand Canal Docks, Dublin and Talbot Street Development Works, Belfast.
Contaminated Land experience includes Design, Supervision and CQA Monitoring of projects, including Mullaghglass Landfill Site Phase 2B extension, Tullyvar Landfill Site Phase 4, Aughnagun landfill Site, Ugley Landfill Site Capping & Gas. Greg is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Project and AutoCAD as well as various other design packages.
Chartered Civil Engineer and CQA Monitor
An experienced Geo-environmental Engineer with over eight years of experience in providing technical and project management of both geo-environmental site investigation, waste management related projects and remediation for regeneration projects in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Jacqueline has a wealth of experience as Engineer’s Representative on-site investigation projects for motorway schemes, housing developments, pipelines and smaller SI projects. Substantial experience as a Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) engineer for the construction of landfill sites and as Engineer’s Representative on various remediation projects.
Working with developers and liaising with regulatory and statutory authorities to enable the discharge of contaminated land stipulations and flood risk stipulations at the planning application stage.
